How do antiaging BODI products work, and what benefits can I expect for my skin?

As soon as you start using BODI products your skin will become more hydrated. The longer you use BODI products, you’ll also notice other skin improvements such as improved moisturisation, radiant glow and lumosity, or a reduction in redness, pigmentation and/or depth of wrinkles and dryness.

BODI products contain plant based ingredients which have active constituents like antioxidants, carotenoids, flavonoids, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids that encourage the skin to regenerate, hydrate, tone, stimulate, heal, nourish, relax, and tighten.

With regular use natural BODI products have a balancing and detoxifying effect with ongoing results. Some users may see a difference immediately as skin gets a super-dose of nutrients and moisture. For other users, the repair work is happening at the deeper layers of the skin and results may take a few months. Generally, most people new to BODI products will see a visible difference and improved skin health within a few days to a few weeks and an improvement in skin conditions within three months. To reach the optimal goal of clear, glowing skin a well-balanced, nutritional diet based on whole foods is essential, along with a healthy, balanced lifestyle that includes well-being, enough sleep and regular exercise.

How often should I use my antiaging BODI products?

For optimal results, BODI products are designed for twice daily use on freshly cleansed skin; however, use what feels right for your skin.

Introduce potent BODI products into your routine slowly, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount at night one to two times per week, then increase to two to three times per week over the next month. If you don't notice any signs of irritation, you can go up to a nightly dose and then twice daily dose.

BODI products use 100% natural or naturally-derived ingredients. In the unlikely event that you experience an adverse skin reaction to a BODI product, stop use immediately, and flush the area directly with cool water. If irritation occurs discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Patch test on the inside of a wrist to ensure skin compatibility prior to use. BODI moisturisers contain pure essential oils and some users may experience skin sensitivity and/or after exposure to sunlight.

Are any BODI product ingredients sustainably sourced?

Yes. Some of the ingredients are sustainably sourced from the Australian bush by Australian First Nation people who ensure that they do not take more than what is sustainable. Other ingredients are farmed responsibly.

Are BODI products environmentally friendly?

Whilst we use recyclable packaging, the other environmental aspect of BODI’s effective multi-functional skincare is easy to understand - less products means less packing material, less packaging waste, less fuel for shipping and delivery, less clutter, fewer CO2 emissions and less garbage. Very environmentally friendly.

Are BODI products cruelty free or contain any animal derived compounds?

All BODI products are cruelty free and vegan. There are no animal derived ingredients in BODI products, and we don’t test BODI products on animals.

How long will my BODI products be fresh for after opening?

BODI products use 100% natural or naturally-derived ingredients. To ensure your product’s freshness we recommend you use your BODI products within 6 months or less of opening.

How should I store my BODI products?

To ensure your product’s freshness, we recommend you keep your BODI products in a cool (not cold!) area, away from direct sunlight.

Are BODI products made in Australia and Australian owned?

Yes. BODI is 100% Australian owned. All BODI products are manufactured in Australia, using Australian ingredients where possible, sourced from Australian companies. Our potent bioactive Australian botanical extracts are sustainably sourced from the Australian bush by Australian First Nation people or farmed responsibly by Australian farmers. Through the sourcing of ingredients and the manufacture of our BODI products we support Australians to be employed, and we support Australian small businesses. We’re absolutely true blue Aussie!

What type of ingredients are BODI products made from?

All BODI products are primarily made from Australian botanical plants, made with natural or naturally derived ingredients, free from harmful preservatives and toxic compounds that are commonly found in skincare products. Are BODI products vegan?

Yes, all BODI products are vegan and not tested on animals.

Do natural ingredients really work?

Plant based skincare works in a similar way that nutrients work in food. Our skin will absorb what it requires. Antioxidants, polyphenols, flavonoids and vitamins assist with skin maintenance and cellular regeneration and can act as free radical deterrents creating a sustainable impact upon the entire body.

The body recognises and readily assimilates active ingredients from plant cells in an integrated and proportional way. They are absorbed, rather than treated as synthetic and unrecognisable foreign bodies that end up being stored (ahem, think cellulite). With BODI products your skin cells receive a toxin-free, balanced source of energy from plants so that every component is complementary to the whole, improving overall cell vitality.

How are BODI products multifunctional?

We desire BODI products to be used by everyone who seeks effective, natural antiaging skincare or wants to treat a skin condition. Due to their multifunctional properties, BODI products can be used beyond antiaging purposes. BODI products can be used by the whole family for a range of conditions. Whilst BODI products provide proven, effective antiaging effects, they can also be used for a multitude of other skin conditions such as treating sunburn, assisting with bruising and inflammation, restoring hydration, treating shaving rash, and a multitude of other skin conditions commonly experienced by family members.

When will I receive my BODI order, and what is the delivery cost?

If you order two or more products, delivery is free!

Our standard delivery fee is $9.95 per single product order.

Once we have received your order BODI aims to get your goodies to you as soon as possible, and aims to achieve the delivery timeframes set out below.
(a) Australia wide (including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas): within 4-7 Business Days or sooner; and
(b) Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory: 7-10 Business Days;
(c) Very Large Orders - 7-14 Business Days, on a date agreed by you and BODI.

Unfortunately, once we hand your goodies over to Australia Post or other carrier, we can't control how long your deliver will take. BODI cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames; and BODI is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

Once delivered, please inspect the products and ensure the products delivered match your Order. Please let us know if there are any missing or incorrect products as soon as possible through our CONTACT page.

Can I pay with AFTERPAY?

Yes you can!

What if I want to exchange, return or get a refund for an order?

Please choose carefully before you buy as all sales are final. Because of hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

We do not refund the cost of shipping for lost or stolen packages. These cases include providing an incorrect address and your order is lost or stolen, failing to pick-up a package that has gone undeliverable, or packages where no one is at home to accept and your shipment is returned.

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. Faulty items must be reported within 7 business days from the date you receive your product. Please contact us through our CONTACT page to report a faulty item. All products must be returned in their original, received condition.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If for some reason we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of at least the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your full name

- Your order number

- Reason why you are returning the product

- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Please include the details of the order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we don't ship internationally. We ship only to Australian addresses.
